| Biography: |
| Bio: McClellan was one of the youngest players ever to commit to the Wildcats. In fact, he was the youngest to commit before fellow Houston player Nic Wise verbaled the next year. A great athlete, McClellan should continue the Wildcat tradition of talented wings. McClellan led Milby HS to an undefeated record and the Texas 5A State championship as a senior. He played in the McDonald’s All-American game and has competed internationally.
Type of player: McClellan is an athletic wing who has drawn comparisons to former Wildcat Michael Dickerson and NBA star Ray Allen. McClellan is a sweet shooting forward who can score in bunches inside and out. Very long and athletic, McClellan is a streaky player who is deadly when the shot is falling. He has worked hard to improve his midrange game as well. He looks like he could be a great defender in his Wildcat career.
