The Cardinals likely won't know until later in the week if receiver Anquan Boldin will be able to play Sunday against the Giants. Boldin suffered a sprained right ankle in the first half against the Seahawks last week. He played in the second half, but the Cardinals limited his time because they were well ahead.   Full Story

Coach Ken Whisenhunt fired defensive coordinator Clancy Pendergast at the end of last season because of his unit's inconsistencies and inability to rise up in key situations. But the Cardinals' defense hasn't fared any better under Bill Davis, Pendergast's replacement.
