After four years as a starting quarterback for the Fighting Illini, Williams will no longer don an orange and blue uniform. To some, he is the record-breaking quarterback who led the Illini to the Rose Bowl. To others, he didn't live up to expectations. Regardless, one constant remains. He is a remarkable human being.
