The Fighting Illini football team showed sparks of life at times, but a lack of consistency continued to haunt them as Penn State rolled to a 35-17 victory Saturday in Memorial Stadium. Juice Williams became the Illini's all-time leader in total offense, but he wasn't able to sustain enough drives against the strong Nittany Lion defense to add a victory to the record.
