While it is still early to speculate on the top players in the state of Illinois class of 2012, several of them are small in stature. While they may still grow, several top ones may have to make up for a lack of size with athleticism, quality ball skills and court savvy. One who has a promising future is Chicago Simeon point guard Jelani Neely.
