Quincy Miller (Scout)		By Jack Lyman InsideIllini.com staff Date: Feb 23, 2009 Illinois basketball coach Bruce Weber traveled to the East Coast last Thursday, in the midst of a torrid Big 10 basketball race. His purpose was to check out a sophomore phenom playing ball for the Quality Education Academy in North Carolina. Quincy Miller didn't disappoint.
