Under head coach Rob Wicinski, the Vikings have finished with sparkling records of 11-2, 11-1, and 13-1 the last three seasons. But despite the presence of talented junior defensive tackle Frank Boenzi, they lost the 7A championship game to the mighty East St. Louis Flyers last fall, 31-14.
