College basketball coaches have been evaluating younger and younger kids in their recruiting. Many schools now accept commitments from high school juniors and sophomores, and a few players younger than that have committed to their favorite schools. A new NCAA rule attempts to limit abuses in the recruitment of younger players. Will it make a difference?
