The sophomore class of basketball prospects in the state of Illinois is bubbling over with talent. There is tremendous athleticism and talent throughout the state. Perhaps the best one of all is Mike Shaw of Chicago DeLaSalle Institute. Scout.com ranks him as a five star athlete, and ESPN.com calls him the 8th best player in the country for his class.
