The Fighting Illini basketball team, stymied throughout the game by an aggressive Kent State unit, came back and defeated the Golden Flashes in overtime, 69-63, in the semifinals of the South Padre Island Tournament. Mike Tisdale, Mike Davis and Chester Frazier led the charge as the Illini now play for the championship Saturday night.
