Illini Fight Bravely But Lose to Ohio State

Jeff Cumberland (Holly Birch)		By Jack Lyman InsideIllini.com staff Date: Nov 15, 2008 The Fighting Illini football team fought mightily against talented and focused Ohio State Saturday at Memorial Stadium Saturday, but they came up short on the scoreboard, 30-20. In many ways, the game was a microcosm of the entire season. Great plays were intermixed with errors and inconsistency, frustrating the team and fans alike.
