Illini Struggle But Win Against Upstart Lewis

The Illinois basketball team gained an exhibition victory over inspired Lewis University at the Assembly Hall, 62-56. But the win did little to sell tickets to a dubious fandom. Poor shooting and difficulty stopping small but quick guards nearly cost them a victory.
