Sycamore Junior Corner Makes Good Impression

A big advantage of summer football camps is it allows underclassmen to receive training from college coaches and make a positive impression on them for future recruiting considerations. A number of upcoming juniors did just that at the Illini one-day camps, including Cincinnati Sycamore cornerback Darius Hillary.

The University Of Illinois signed two outstanding players from Sycamore High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, this past February. Receiver Steve Hull and running back Bud Golden are now on campus working out and attending summer school. They came out to a one-day camp recently to support friend and teammate Darius Hillary.
