Bloomington QB Still Looking at Illinois

"I've been getting a lot of calls but Arkansas is still my only scholarship offer." Said quarterback Andre Brown.

"Louisville, Missouri, Cincinnati, Arkansas, Illinois, Purdue, Iowa, Miami (Ohio) and Oklahoma have all called.

"I feel great. Our team is 2-0 and I'm throwing the ball as well as I've ever thrown it. We have some young receivers to bring along but we definitely have the team to beat."

Brown, a 6-foot-1, 210-pounder, from Bloomington, Illinois is a Midwest "Top 100" selection.

Members of the Illinois media told Midwest Recruiting & Film Evaluation that Andre Brown was the best quarterback they saw last year during the state play-offs.

That's not hard to believe. Brown is a super athlete with a very strong arm. Does anyone have the upper hand in his recruitment.

"Not really. I'm still looking at Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, Purdue, Illinois an Cincinnati." Brown said.

Andre Brown threw for 2,100 yards and 21 touchdowns as a junior. Recommended Stories
