“Our thoughts and prayers go out to Chester and his entire family at this time,” Illinois head coach Bruce Weber said. “Watching his father battle cancer has weighed heavily on Chester’s heart and mind these past few months. Losing a parent is extremely difficult.”
Frazier will return to campus after the funeral. Arrangements are pending.
