The ACC dominates the list of 21 players included on the pre-season watch list for the Adolph F. Rupp Trophy, it was announced here today. The pre-season list includes 8 ACC players. The Big 12 followed up with 3 players, while the list also includes 2 players each from the Big 10, Conference USA, the SEC and Pac 10. Individual programs leading the picks were North Carolina with 3 inclusions, and Oklahoma State with 2 picks.

The Rupp Trophy will be given to the nation's best player at the NCAA Final Four in St. Louis. Last year's winner, Jameer Nelson (St. Joseph's) went on to become a first round draft pick for Denver and was later traded to the Orlando Magic.
