DAVID DIEHL - NEW YORK GIANTS
David once again started for the New York Giants in their Sunday afternoon loss to the Carolina Panthers. David has started every game this season for the Giants at guard. David also recorded one tackle for the Giants on Sunday.

The Giants finshed out the 2003 season with a 4-12 record. The Giants will be looking for a new head coach this offseason to replace the fired Jim Fassel.

KEVIN HARDY - CINCINNATI BENGALS

Kevin Hardy Celebrates After Scoring a Touchdown Earlier This Season Against the San Francisco 49ers (AP/Tribble)

Needing a win to have a chance at the playoffs, the Cincinnati Bengals were upset by the Cleveland Browns 22-14 in Cincinnati. Former Illinois linebacker Kevin Hardy recorded two tackles and had four assists for the Bengals.

The Cincinnati Bengals finished the 2003 season with a record of 8-8, two games behind the AFC North Champion Baltimore Ravens.

ROBERT HOLCOMBE - TENNESSEE TITANS

Robert Holcombe was inactive for the Titans on Sunday afternoon with a hamstring injury that he aggravated in last week's game against the Houston Texans.

Tennessee finished this season with a 12-4 record, good enough for second place in the AFC South. The Titans will take on the Baltimore Ravens in the first round of the AFC Playoffs Saturday @ 4:30 Eastern on ABC.

BRAD HOPKINS - TENNESSEE TITANS
Brad started for the Tennessee Titans at Right Tackle in their Sunday afternoon victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Tennessee finished this season with a 12-4 record, good enough for second place in the AFC South. The Titans will take on the Baltimore Ravens in the first round of the AFC Playoffs Saturday @ 4:30 Eastern on ABC.

GREG LEWIS - PHILADELPHIA EAGLES

Greg Lewis Pulls Down a Pass in Training Camp (AP/Bower)

With their 31-3 win on Saturday night over the Washington Redskins and the St. Louis Rams loss to the Detroit Lions on Sunday afternoon, the Philadelphia Eagles clinched home field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs.

Former Illinois wide receiver Greg Lewis contributed 1 reception for 25 yards on Saturday night.

The Eagles have a first round bye in the playoffs, so they will be watching the playoff games to see who will be coming to Philadelphia next week.

BRANDON LLOYD - SAN FRANCISCO 49ers

The Seattle Seahawks came into San Francisco on Saturday needing a win to have a chance at the playoffs, and that is what they got as they defeated the 49ers 24-17 who were playing without their star, Terell Owens.

Former Illinois wide receiver Brandon Lloyd received the first start of his career and used that to become the leading receiver for the 49ers as he hauled in three passes totalling 63 yards.

The 49ers finished this season 7-9, and did not make the playoffs.

NEIL RACKERS - ARIZONA CARDINALS
Former Illinois place kicker Neil Rackers was two for two on field goal attempts for the Cardinals connecting on a 22-yard and 26-yard field goal in the first half of Sunday's 18-17 victory over the Minnesota Vikings.

The Arizona Cardinals finished this season 4-12, and will also be looking for a new head coach as they have fired Dave McGinnis.

Neil also signed two-year extension with the Arizona Cardinals on Friday afternoon. ESPN.com has more information.

The New England Patriots won their 12^th consecutive game Saturday by defeating the Buffalo Bills 31-0 avenging their loss opening day to these same Bills by the same score.

With this win the Patriots clinched home field advantage throughout the AFC Playoffs.

Former Illini cornerback and current Patriot free safety Eugene Wilson recorded 2 tackles and had one assist.
